9 girls took part in the Year 5 and 6 Football tournament. They were amazing, topping their group to go through to the semi-final. They won 1-0 in the semi-final to progress to the final. Before the final, the girls were unbeaten and did not concede a goal, this didn’t change when the final whistle blew with the result being 0-0. This meant the girls’ faced penalties!! Unfortunately we were beaten on penalties by Onchan. The girls should be very proud of themselves, Miss Williams is certainly proud of them.
